The winter is going to be a busy time for us. So whilst your sitting down to turkey and stuffing heres what we will be doing:
Workshop Refit
The workshop will be getting a new insulated roof and new lighting and electrical provisioning throughout to enable us to work throughout the cold spell.
Landrover 1 - Sunflower
Sunflower is almost complete however after a rigourous test drive * yes we do test our kit is suitable and robust enough before shipping :) * we have decided that it needs some additonal work to the rear suspension and some additonal electrical ancilaries installed to make operation and use comfortable in the harsh Mali terrain. The testing included 4wd in low and high range and suitable offroad terrain.
Landrover 2 - To Be Named
Landy 2 has had its chassis fully stripped and strengthened. Its engine has been fully reconditioned as has its gearbox. With new suspension and cooling added to the mix we are planning the rebuild over the winter months in time for a spring roadtest.
